FEES AND PRICING.

  • Fees are determined by the NDIS and currently stand at $214.41 per hour being costed for the relevant item in the NDIS Plan. See here for the most recent pricing schedule involving psychologists.

    Once you complete the referral form, you will receive a quote for the required service that will take into consideration both session fees and NDIS compliant report writing fees.

  • Assessments for adults are unfortunately NOT Medicare rebatable.

    If you have private health insurance, please check if assessment services with a psychologist are covered.

    Package 1 - diagnosis of a psychiatric condition and functional assessment $900 (includes the following)

    1. Session 1 (90 mins) - clinical history and behavioural observation at home with you.

    2. Session 2 (120 mins) - completing a battery of tests at your home.

    3. Report discussion phone consult (30 mins).

    Package 2 - diagnosis of a neurodevelopmental/psychiatric condition + cognitive assessment + functional assessment $1500 (includes the following)

    1. Session 1 (90 mins) - clinical history and behavioural observation at home with you.

    2. Session 2 (120 to 180 mins) - completing a battery of tests at your home.

    3. Session 3 (90 mins) - completing a battery of tests at your home.

    4. Report discussion phone consult (30 mins).

    Package 3 - Cognitive assessment/ intellectual assessment $1000. (includes the following)

    1. Session 1 (90 mins) - clinical history and behavioural observation at home with you.

    2. Session 2 (120 mins) - completing a battery of tests at your home.
